YOUTH
The purpose of the YEA is to create a group of open-minded and passionate high school students who are interested in working together to spread awareness and make changes in our communities.
EQUITY
We will work on larger projects to bring awareness to issues such as racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. By encouraging members from different schools to contribute to large projects, we will broaden our reach and expand our ideas.
ALLIANCE
We want to bring together several clubs from around our area in order to spread awareness to a wider range of people and create a support network of students from many different schools.

Right now, YEA is comprised of Wenatchee HS Equity Club. We are looking forward to connecting with other schools around our area. If you or your school would be interested in joining YEA, learn more below!

If you or your school already has a club similar to an Equity Club (like a GSA, Equality Club, Diversity Club, etc.) and would like to join YEA, you can connect your club to YEA. If you would like to join YEA but your school does not have a club, we can help you start one by providing resources and advice.
