Anxiety:
-Insomnia
- feeling tired, restless, or tense for a prolonged period.
-sweating, trembling, and feeling weak or tired
-over thinking/ always imagining worst possible outcome
ADHD:
-Trouble holding attention
-Trouble organizing and time management
-Often forgetful
-Talking excessively or not talking.
-Low frustration tolerance
-frequent mood swings
-trouble coping with stress
-excessive activity or restlessness
Teen depression:
-Feelings of sadness, or hopelessness, crying for no apparent reason.
-Loss of interest for normal activities
-Lack of energy
-Reduced appetite
-Anxiety, agitation or restlessness
-Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements
-Feelings of worthlessness or guilt
-Frequent or recurrent thoughts of death or suicide
